Wealthy Rich Tiramisu

Today I had two really special guests, so I was nearly obliged to outperform. Thus I decide to prepare the Wealthy Rich Tiramisu, which is one of the best dessert I have ever made. It is really rich with ingredients, but quite easy to prepare. We do it in three phased.

Phase 1: Vanilla paste
- preheat the oven to 200 C.
- dry ingredients: 400 g spelt flour, 2 t baking powder, 2 t bicarbonate of sod, 1 t salt
- wet ingredients: 150 ml sunflower oil, 300 ml maple syrup, 300 ml water, 30 g vanilla sugar, 30 ml apple vinegar.
- mix separately dry and wet ingredients. Than add the wet to the dry and mix with the mixer. Pour in a baking tin and bake for cca 45 minutes. Cool.

Phase 2: Sweet cream
-
sugar syrup: 250 g sugar cane, 2 t agar-agar, 1,5 T water. Put everything in a saucepan and boil until the sugar melts.
- 400 g tofu, 230 ml sunflower oil 300 ml maple syrup, 0,5 t salt, 1 T vanilla sugar. Mix everything together in a blender. Add the prepared sugar syrup and blend again. Cool.

Phase 3: Coffee time
- prepare 100 ml black coffee and 150 g black chocolate, chopped.
- take the vanilla paste and cut it in half. Spread half of the Sweet cream and sprinkle with half of the chocolate. Cover with the other half of the paste, spread the other half of the cream and sprinkle the other half of the chocolate.
- let our best tiramisu rest in the fridge for at least one hour.... and than indulge yourself in this divine dessert;)
