Kiwi-Pear Fantasy

In a rainy day you can lift your spirit by preparing some colorful fruit tart, like for an example the Kiwi-Pear Fantasy (actually, you can prepare it with any fruit). First, preheat the oven at 180 C. Secondly, prepare the paste by mixing: 350 g flour, pinch of salt, 1 dcl maple syrup, 150 g good margarine and 1 t baking powder. Mix everything together.
Thirdly, prepare the stuffing by mixing 400g silken tofu and 80 g maple or any other syrup. Cut 750 g of any fruit (in this case kiwis and pears).
Last step: Dispose the dough on baking tin (grease it first;), than the tofu mix and at last the fruit. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
Once the tart is cooled, prepare the "gelatin" cover. Boil 1,5 dcl of apple juice with 1 t of agar-agar. Smear the "gelatin" on the tart and cool. Finally enjoy;)
